Once we have made the necessary revisions we will then submit by hand to the county for recording. We will collect and supply recording information, ensure the documents are returned to the rightful owner and provide a scanned image of the transaction’s recordation letter(s) and Recording and Endorsement Cover Page(s).

The Department of Finance implemented its ACRIS system in 2003. From the beginning, we have utilized this system expertly to record our clients’ documents at the City Register. The creation of ACRIS E-Tax forms and cover pages is our specialty.
Our services include obtaining the required Tax Map Verification Letter issued by the Nassau County Department of Assessment.
