We offer document recording services for the entire NYS region, including counties like: New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Orange, Putnam, and others.
Once we have made the necessary revisions we will then submit by hand to the county for recording. We will collect and supply recording information, ensure the documents are returned to the rightful owner and provide a scanned image of the transaction’s recordation letter(s) and Recording and Endorsement Cover Page(s).
Our County Clerk related services include Block Index and Docketing filings such as:
Building Loan Agreements (within the required 10 days)
Transcripts of Judgement (filing and issuance)
Satisfactions of Judgement
Discharges of Mechanic’s Liens
Filing of instruments in Supreme, Civil, and District courts in Nassau and Suffolk County, and all five boroughs of NYC.
We specialize in ACRIS Tax Form and cover page preparation
The Department of Finance implemented its ACRIS system in 2003. From the beginning, we have utilized this system expertly to record our clients’ documents at the City Register. The creation of ACRIS E-Tax forms and cover pages is our specialty.
Our services include obtaining the required Tax Map Verification Letter issued by the Nassau County Department of Assessment.
We will first review your document, coversheets, and applicable forms looking for any errors or omissions, Our intimate knowledge of examiners’ ever-changing requirements and procedures enables us to ensure timely recordation.
Communication is key. That is why we keep in close contact with our clients, notifying them of any missing or defective papers before submitting to the County Recorder’s office.
We will keep you informed of the recording process and provide a detailed document history. We will also keep you up to date with the latest changes at the various County Clerk offices.
